North, Pacific Air Forces commander, and Army Air Corps Veteran, Louis Roffman share a laugh before the Dec. 7, 2011, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam remembrance ceremony in recognition of the 70th Anniversary of the 1941 Japanese attacks on Hickam Field.
