U.S. military members depart out the back of a C-17 Globemaster III aircraft March 1, 2012, at Legazpi International Airport, Legazpi City, Philippines. Ninety-eight U.S. military personnel, along with 35 Armed Forces of the Philippines members, 10 Philippine National Police members, as well as two Cambodian and one Tongan medical observers, are scheduled to participate in Operation Pacific Angel-Philippines, a joint and combined humanitarian assistance and civil military operations mission scheduled March 5 through 10.
