Angelo and his friends kept an eye during recess while the U.S. and Philippine military forces worked on their school, Binitayan Elementary School, Legazpi City, Philippines. Operation Pacific Angel-Philippines is a joint and humanitarian mission and includes engineering support in the region. The school is one of three engineering projects supported during PACANGEL.
