Cope Taufan 2012

Airmen from the 67th Aircraft Maintenance Unit from Kadena Air Base, Japan, prepare to install an auxiliary fuel tank on an F-15C during Cope Taufan 2012 at TUDM Butterworth April 9, 2012. The tank extends the range of the jet and allows it to fly extended-length sorties. Cope Taufan is a live-flying exercise designed around dissimilar basic fighter maneuvers and dissimilar air combat tactics training between the U.S. Air Force and Royal Malaysian Air Force.
