Two U.S. Air Force F-22 Raptors, two F-16 Fighting Falcons, a KC-135 Stratotanker, a B-52 Stratofortress, and a C-17 Globemaster III, all currently assigned to U.S. Pacific Air Forces, join with Australian military aircraft and civilian aircraft from around the world for display on the tarmac at Avalon Airport in Geelong, Australia, March 2, 2013. An estimated 180,000 spectators attended the Australian International Airshow and approximately 220 U.S. service members are supporting the airshow, allowing a unique opportunity for the United States to showcase its aviation prowess and strengthen military-to-military ties with our Pacific allies and partners.
