PACANGEL dental team visits elementary school

U.S. Navy Petty Officer 2nd Class Joshua Lyons, a dental technician from Camp Pendleton, Calif., hands out toothbrushes to elementary students during a subject matter expert exchange held in Dumaguete, Philippines, March 7, 2013. Lyons was part of an Operation Pacific Angel-Philippines dental technician team who visited the school to teach dental hygiene. Operation Pacific Angel is a joint and combined humanitarian assistance exercise held in various countries several times a year and includes medical, dental, optometry, engineering programs and various subject-matter expert exchanges.
