Airmen from the USAF 7 Summits team pass the 24,000 foot elevation point of Mount Everest on their way to "Camp 3," the team's highest point without oxygen. The 17th Operational Weather Squadron at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, provided detailed weather forecasts for Mount Everest enabling the team of Airmen to become the first U.S. military team to summit the peak.
