KADENA AIR BASE, Okinawa -- Brig. Gen. Punch Moulton, commander of the 18th Wing at Kadena AB, Okinawa, talks to Airmen of the 18th Logistics Readiness Squadron during the unveiling of the ZZ13 NASCAR-type car, to kick off Wingman Day, Wednesday Nov. 22, 2006. The focus of Wingman Day is to promote teamwork, safety and a culture of responsible choices. The 18th Services Squadron sponsored vehicle was built by volunteers from the 18 LRS and 18 SVS. The once DRMO-bound rusted cop car was transformed into the showcase piece of the ZZ13 campaign. ZZ13 is similar to the 0013 program adopted by Air Force bases around the world.
