MACTAN, Philippines --

Members of the Philippine Air Force's 220th Airlift Wing flew with Airmen from the 36th Airlift Squadron out of Yokota Air Base, Japan, as part of exercise Balikatan 16, an annual exercise that focuses on the longstanding partnership between the U.S. and the Philippines. This year marked the 32nd iteration of the exercise.
