The following dates will be designated as PACAF Family Days for calendar year 2007: Jan. 2, May 25, July 5, Aug. 31, Nov. 23, Dec. 24 and Dec. 31. "Family days provide an opportunity for those on home-station to take some well-deserved time to relax with family and friends." While spending time with family and friends is important, General Hester also stressed the importance of safety. "We are fortunate to live in a beautiful part of the world where there is so much to do," the general said. "No matter what your favorite activities are, safety needs to come first. Remember to always use your best judgment and take care of each other."
