MISAWA AIR BASE, Japan -- Col. T.J. O'Shaughnessy, 35th Fighter Wing commander, receives the annual Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) contribution check from Anna Iosefo, general manager Misawa Exchange here June 19. This year, Misawa received almost $1.5 million, an increase of four percent from last year. Roughly two-thirds of the Army and Air Force Exchange Services earnings are paid to MWR programs.
