Chad Konyndyk and Airman 1st Class Michael Biggs, 36th Expeditionary Maintenance Squadron, review F-22 technical data April 15 at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam. The 90th Fighter Squadron from Elmendorf AFB, Alaska, completed a three-month deployment to Andersen in April as part of a theater security package. The stealth-fighters, along with associated maintenance and support personnel participated in various exercises that provided routine training in an environment different from their home station. The F-22 is a highly maneuverable combat aircraft that can avoid enemy detection, cruise at supersonic speeds and provide the joint force commander an unprecedented level of integrated situational awareness.
