Reason for nomination:  "While preparing for a staff assistance visit by Headquarters Pacific Air Forces Command Judge Advocate, Sergeant Staub stepped up and created a welcome basket for the paralegal chief, as well as conducted various 'behind the scenes' tasks that made the visit a complete success. Further, Sergeant Staub continued to work closely with first sergeants, to include a demotion package and a discharge package. This allowed squadrons to efficiently take action to ensure good order and discipline. She also assisted the Office of Special Investigations in the preparation of two potential courts-martial cases. Of note, her expertise was key during the interview of a victim by providing valuable insight and identifying potential key issues to explore. Furthermore, she tracked down and provided key documents for the 7th Air Force historian to account for over 75 missing G-series orders of previous commanders to preserve the history of the Wolf Pack. She is a critical member of the JA team and is highly deserving of this award!" - Maj. Terrence McCollom, 8th FW JA Chief
