ANDERSEN AIR FORCE BASE, Guam -- Brig. Gen. John Doucette, 36th Wing commander, spoke with members of 554th REDHORSE squadron and 36th Civil Engineer Squadron during an on-site visit to the vertical special capabilities warehouse in North West Field, Nov. 22.

The VSC is a one year project being built with pre-cast tilt-up panels, and when complete the building will be a storage for specialized construction equipment.
