Taking the spice out of life
In 2011, nine Kadena teenagers were banned from all U.S. military bases in Japan due to spice-related incidents. In the first six months of 2012, there has already been seven cases. For military members, using spice will end a career. Dependents caught with spice or distributing the product may be subjected to barments, mandatory substance abuse counseling and community service.
