13th AF commander honored with Order of Saint Barbara medal

JOINT BASE PEARL HARBOR-HICAKAM, Hawaii -- Lt. Gen. Ted Kresge, Commander, 13th Air Force, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, was inducted into the Order of Saint Barbara military honor society during a small gathering outside the 613th Air Operations Center here July 2.

U.S. Army Brig. Gen. James Dickenson, commanding general, 94th Army Air & Missile Defense Command, presented the medal which recognizes officers, Soldiers, and citizens who have demonstrated an outstanding degree of excellence and dedication to the advancement of artilleries, to Kresege on behalf of the more than 40 Soldiers from the 5th Battalion Command Division.

The Soldiers, who work alongside Airmen in the 613th AOC, thanked Kresge for his relentless support and for making them a part of the team.
