YOKOTA AIR BASE, Japan -- The 374th Security Forces Squadron, 374th Civil Engineer Squadron fire department and 374th Medical Group participated in an emergency management exercise here Oct. 5.

The three units used smoke and simulated victims to create a sense of realism for the exercise.
