Spouses tour
Jessie Higa, volunteer 15th Wing historian, provides a tour to Air Force spouses at the Courtyard of Heroes, Pacific Air Forces Headquarters, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, Aug. 19, 2013. Welsh and Chief Cody’s visit JBPH-Hickam was the first leg of a visit to Air Force bases across the Pacific theater.
