This year, the Elmendorf PME Center welcomed members of the Canadian and Danish armed forces as students in the NCOA course as part of class 26-A. The academy serves as the second tier of enlisted PME designed to cultivate the leadership skills of noncommissioned officers as they prepare for the next stage in their careers. This collaboration with partner nations strengthens the impact of the curriculum by integrating the experience and perspective of foreign military operatives and building meaningful relationships among future allied leaders.

The Inter-Pacific Air Forces Academy, originating in 2021 from a charter for joint enlisted development, offers courses on multinational collaboration and interoperability for partners and allies across the Indo-Pacific region.
Royal Australian Air Force Warrant Officer Anita Godfrey, IPAFA’s first commandant, was instrumental in IPAFA’s development from April 2024.
<br/>
<img src='https://media.defense.gov/2025/Dec/09/2003840135/300/300/0/251205-F-KC168-1113.JPG' alt='On a table a Pacific Air Forces wood plaque of appreciation is in focus. It is in the shape of the state of Hawaii and has a raised border and raised design elements of 3 Hibiscus flowers, Hawaii&#39;s state flower, and a coin shape engraved map of the Indo-Pacific with a point of signal and bordered with stars at the end of &quot;Inter-Pacific&quot; along the top of the coin shape and &quot;Air Forces Academy&quot; along the bottom.

There is also a cutout of the ocean with specs of sand surrounding it in the top corner of the state shape. Another raised design on the wooden plaque is the Pacific Air Forces shield engraved with it&#39;s symbol of a globe with a lightning bolt in it, a sprig lying beside the lightning bolt still in the globe and four stars in the globe above the sprig next to the lightning bolt. Coming off the globe&#39;s right are wings and the bottom of the shield reads &quot;Pacific Air Forces&quot;.

In the center of the plaque reads:
&quot;WOFF Anita Godfrey
Apr 2024 - Dec 2025
WOFF Godfrey brought vision to IPAFA, elevating it into a world-class development center. Her dedication built a program where leaders worldwide connect and strengthen vital alliances.&quot;' /> <br />
