Celebrating freedom miles from home at Kunsan
KUNSAN AIR BASE, Republic of Korea --
Men and women from Kunsan's Wolf Pack came out for a day of festivities celebrating their nation's freedom here July 1.
Festivities included a bowling tournament, chiefs vs. eagles softball game, Amazing Race, fireworks, a cardboard boat regatta, several concerts highlighting base bands and many more various activities across base.
The event was held on July 1 so Airmen could enjoy their four day weekend immediately following the festivities. This event epitomizes one of the installation commander's areas of focus: "Care for our Airmen".
