 
Pacific Unity 11-4
In support of Engineering Civic Action Program (ENCAP) Operation Pacific Unity 11-4, U.S. Navy Seabees from Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 133, Gulfport, Miss., and U.S. Air Force Reserve Prime BEEF Airmen from the 624th Civil Engineer Squadron, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, make improvements to three Vietnamese medical clinics in Ha Tinh Province, Vietnam on August 17th.
