HICKAM AIR FORCE BASE, Hawaii -- F-15 Eagles fire AIM-7 Sparrow missiles at a tactical air-launched decoy July 16, 2006 during Rim of the Pacific Exercise 2006 off the cost of Hawaii. The F-15s are from the Hawaii Air National Guard 199th Fighter Squadron and will be firing 14 live missiles at two decoy targets. Air Force band brings good will
INDONESIA -- Staff Sergeant Darran Keenom performs for the SDN-3 Pondok Kacang school for disadvantaged children on the outskirts of Jakarta. The school is being built entirely using donated funds. In a surprise move, audience members helped contribute the final funds necessary to complete the school, which originally was a three room building serving over 300 students. The new school will be three stories tall and will not only hold classes for students from lower income families, but will also serve as a training center for teachers and have a community activities center. Pacific Trends was in Indonesia for the American Embassy Fourth of July event and was invited by the Embassy to perform for the school. (Air Force photo courtesy of Pacific Trends)

Valiant Shield 2006
