F-22s, B-2s conduct historic deployment over the Pacific
Two F-22 Raptors and one B-2 Spirit deployed to Andersen Air Force Base, Guam, fly in formation over the Pacific Ocean. The aircraft are deployed from the 90th Expeditionary Fighter Squadron and the 13th Expeditionary Bomb Squadron. The deployment to Andersen marks the first time F-22s and B-2s, the key national strategic stealth assets in the Air Force inventory, deployed together outside the continental United States. Cope North
A B-52 Stratofortress from Minot Air Force Base, N.D. deployed to the 23rd Expeditionary Bomb Squadron lands at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam. B-52 StratofortressÕ participated in exercise Cope North 09-1 Feb. 2-13. This was the first time that B-52s have participated in the annual bilateral exercise between the U.S. and Japan Air Self Defense Force.

Stratofortress
ANDERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Guam -- A B-52 Stratofortress takes off here to participate in an exercise scenario. The aircraft, aircrew and maintenance personnel are deployed from Barksdale AFB, La., as part of the continuous bomber presence in the Pacific region. During their deployment here, the bomber squadron's participation in exercises will emphasize the U.S. bomber presence, demonstrating U.S. commitment to the Pacific region.

Deployed maintainers launch 200 perfect sorties
