The U.S. Air Force, sister services, and supporting commands continue a longstanding and close working relationship with their Japanese counterparts on a daily basis to coordinate responses to the Japanese government's requests and rapidly deliver critically needed capabilities and supplies in the aftermath of the March 11th, 2011, major earthquake and tsunami that hit northern Japan.
