9/16/2012 - YOKOTA AIR BASE, Japan -- U.S. Secretary of Defense Leon E. Panetta arrived at Yokota Air Base, Japan, Sept. 16, greeted by Lt. Gen. Salvatore A. Angelella, commander of U.S. Forces, Japan, and 5th Air Force.
