8/27/2012 - ANDERSEN AIR FORCE BASE, Guam -- Team Andersen participated in Beverly Palm 12-04, an Operational Readiness Exercise, here Aug. 17-24. The exercise prepares Team Andersen for future inspections. "These exercises are used to take positive steps toward improving the base and preparing for upcoming inspections," said Master Sgt. William Nagel, 36th Wing inspector general noncomissioned officer in charge of exercises. During the week, Team Andersen personnel were evaluated on their response to scenarios involving contingency operations such as changes in Force Protection Conditions, Self Aid and Buddy Care and emergency response.
