Pacific Air Forces, at U.S. Pacific Command's direction, stood up an Air Contingent at Clark Air Base, Philippines. The Air Contingent began flying their first missions focusing on working with the Philippines Air Force and providing air and maritime awareness within the Indo-Asia-Pacific region.
