Kordell Kekoa, a Kahu or Hawaiian pastor, performs a Hawaiian blessing on the Pacific Air Forces Watch Center during a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the re-opening of the Pacific Air Forces Watch Center on Hickam Air Force Base, Hawaii, Jan. 19, 2023. The ceremony was the capstone to four years of coordination for funding, resources, contracting, and construction during the renovation process.
