U.S. Air Force Gen. Terrance J. O’Shaughnessy, Pacific Air Forces commander, stands with Republic of Korea Air Force (ROKAF) Maj. Gen. Kim Jun Sik, Deputy Chief of Staff for intelligence and operations, at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam (JBPHH), Hawaii Sept. 12, 2017. Maj. Gen. Jun Sik came to JPPHH as part of the annual PACAF-ROKAF Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) engagement where the two nations foster working relationships with senior ROKAF intelligence officers, exchange assessments and methodologies, and address matters of common concern.
