CHIEF MASTER SERGEANT ANTHONY L. BISHOP

Chief Master Sergeant Anthony L. Bishop is the Command Chief Master Sergeant for Pacific Air Forces, Hickam Air Force Base, Hawaii. In this position, he represents the 40,000 Airmen of Pacific Air Forces. His responsibilities include advising the PACAF commander on all matters affecting the health, morale, and welfare of assigned enlisted personnel and coordinating with the headquarters staff, commanders, and senior personnel on administration and implementation of command policy.

Chief Bishop was born in Boynton Beach, Florida and is a 1980 graduate of Iuka High School. He entered the Air Force in November 1980. His background includes various duties in aircraft maintenance and as a First Sergeant at the squadron, group, and headquarters levels. Before assuming his current position, Chief Bishop served as the Commandant, United States Air Force First Sergeant Academy, Maxwell Air Force Base-Gunter Annex, Alabama.
